About Me:: Hi there I have been following the teachings of the secret for the past 9months slowly but surely. I have been saying the affirmations from the book and learning to feel the feelings also visualise me as being my perfect weight I also have photo's of myself at 9stones I have been doing the best that I can but I need help. I have always struggled with my self esteem and negitive core belief hence this has contributed to my weight issue,I also attented treatment for a serious alcohol and drug addiction and I am 22years clean. I am mother and friend of 6 adult children and 4 grand children since becoming a non smoker YEAH! !! my weight has just gone crazy . Myself and husband are both alcohol and drug free and work in treatment facilities here in New Zealand so I'm not sure how I will be able to fit the 100 day challenge into my life I thought that I would make inquires as to what the process would be I do want to have a healthy mind body and soul even though it might not sound like it. I have been watching some of your video you are sooo inspiring. Cheers. Sonia Johnstone

Day 1 of the 100 day Challenge Season 1

So I have come to the end of day 1 my first full day on my 100 day challenge, its been a lovely day I spent the first 10minutes allowing myself to awaken and focus my thoughts on things that I am grateful for ( my warm bed, a good nights sleep) then I catch sight of my photo on the dresser looking great at my perfect weight and saying out loud that" I am my perfect weight of 9stone and its wonderful" I can eat what ever I want I always remain my perfect weight of 9 stone and feeling the feelings I acknowledge that I am attracting healthy food and healthy eating habits . Then I focused on my vision board photos of myself and my family in good spiritual, emotional ,physical, finacial health and wealth there are also photo's of our holiday destinations our brand new BMW our beautiful new house over looking the sea views and city lights just meditating and giving thanks of appreciation for all the blessings that I already have in every area of my life. Today has been a lovely and busy day at home and at my place of work I have been practising to think good thought its amazing how easily my thoughts can become quite negitive at times and I can become very judgemental of myself hence the nuturing and positive self care and affirmation. I thank everyone that is on or has been on the 100 day challenge for all of their support and sharing with me its wonderful thankyou very much I send joy love and abundance to all of my friends out there.
