Hi Megan!! Love you so much and this video is really great!

I own Sandy and Laura's books, and Lilou's will be a wonderful addition to my Fabulous Lady Book Trio! =D I am looking forward to ordering my copy soon.

I hope that you will give my book a fabulous endorsement like this also, although it is meant for the US for now, I think that it has principles in it that anyone can use for their credit. Hey there bubbly fitgirl, I am soo vibed about the idea of a 100 day fitness challenge, haven't been able to do bikram this last month and I can feel it......need yoga!!! Don't know how u r doing the challenge?, I'll check out your youtube page...... It coincides with weening my 2 year old off the boobie once and for all, and in short, the return of my vital forces. Also, a friend has just puchased a vibrogym (have you heard of them) a machine that tones and regenerates muscletone. I am going to be a guinea pig to see if it reclaims my pelvic floor tummy muscle etc, so I'll let u know.

YES!, we ALL should support Lilou and her tremendous journey, haven't received book yet but waiting......love to u, Sarahxxx
