Hey Kathleen,

I'm wondering if youare trying to hard to MAKE things happen versus just letting htem happen. Like, letting your subconsious play a part. Remember: the HOW is not up to you. Be clear in what you want and let the universe take over the how.

Chin up,
Michelle

Shoot I can't type so I had to delete the original with all my errors. haha

Kathleen change is not something we like to do. We as humans like to lazy in our Nature of Routine.
My first 3 seasons, which I just completed were more Pain than Gain. Getting out of Hell, Literally ( I was living in a dangerous, unhealthy, ridiculous place and thats being nice)
biting my tongue till it bled - all the time

Asthma sucks. I don't have it but I have trouble breathing from Smoking (I know OMG thats so stupid) but I meditate when I feel like I can't breathe and tell my lungs how well they work, that I can sing like Barbra S. again, they love air, take it in easily and effortlessly and it helps. (yes slowly but surely Soprano Babs is on the way back)

By nature I have an old warrior soul. This is good and bad all at the same time and somedays I admit, it makes me a little LOONEY... one minute I'm fine, the next I feel like Boudica chasing the Romans across Britain! Cleansing the Islands! LOL (look her up she is in YTube)

Hi Kathleen! In your video you talk about changing your thought processes. A very simple way of doing this is to keep a gratitude journal. Everyday, no matter what, write down 5 things you are grateful for. In 7-10 days you will begin to feel better, stronger, and clearer. This simple action will shift the negativity and frustration you are experiencing. I hope this doesn't sound uncaring or condescending. Its a simple tool us co creators have that makes a difference :)

Dear Kathleen,

your video got me tears in in my eyes. You are not feeling very well and that's really bad!
You are a beautifull and good looking woman and if I would live in your neighborhood, I would give you a lots of dates to feel better, but I'm much to far away. I'm very sorry to hear about your asthma.

You seem to be a very kind and lovely person and that even makes me feel even more sad.
Yesterday on TV I saw a show and this guys where telling, if you feel really bad, check out you food. Get some carbohydrate, like noodle (I love macaroni). And go outside, go to a place you really like. Don't be afraid to go alone, enjoy the nature and the place.

You have beautifull eyes and a haircut, that I really love. Nothing is more sexy, than a woman with a neckless haircut, where you can kiss her neck over and over again.

And btw. don't be jealous about Lilou. I got an Email some days ago, that I should by her book. But I won't, because: 1. It's not appeared over here in Europe 2. It's not the right thing making money from the community.

So come on Katleen, get your butt up, go outside, make some new friends and enjoy your life. And be gratefull, that you are not living in Afrika, Irak, or somewhere else, where poor people have to walk the whole day, to get some fresh water.

I can't kiss you neck, but you are so beatifull and the world should see this.

Regards and Blessings

The aim of this group is to support those who have recently quit smoking, are trying to or have done so. I found that regardless of how determined one is in quiting, having support around for the first few weeks is priceless
