You are in such a similar place that I was in. I manifested a contract position and then they had offered me another contract position that I accepted. Then, this contract position turned into a full-time position only, and I was offered the job. I really wasn't looking for a full-time job at the time, and didn't really want to do it, but then ended up taking it because I was afraid of the alternative (no other contract opportunities). As soon as I accepted the offer, I received a call from a previous company that offered me another contract position. I had to turn it down because I had just accepted the full-time offer. I was trying to hold out on a full-time offer because I was planning (actually, just hoping) to move to another city. It all worked out in the end anyway. I just recently moved and that full-time job ended on the day that I decided would be my last day just before my move. They didn't need my position anymore because my project got canceled just a couple weeks before my move! My last day on the job was the first day of this season! Good luck to you!

Yes a contract position can end at any moment, but it can also begin at any moment, can't it? ;) I would suggest focusing on your wonderful new home (which you love) and other things that you love, wrap yourself in the comfort of your own inner understanding that it will all be okay regardless, and release it for now. You can always pick it back up later when you want to give it focused attention once you're clearer on what you want related to this job. p.s. You are so funny and cute! Thank you for posting this, even though you felt you weren't as clear as you wanted to be. The reality is good, and we can all relate. Cheers!
