Thanks Sunny! It is really cool - if you go to the home page and click on the 'sun', then click on the various pictures you find, you'll see all sorts of fab pictures, poetry, bible verse, lots of good high vibe stuff. xx

Great video. I checked out the site you suggested and it looks very good. I bookmarked it so I can go back to it when I have more time. I had a Yoga teacher who used to do the most incredible guided meditations and she would often include a portion in which we meditated on "I am...". I always came away from it feelong so empowered and at peace. Thanks. Blessings

Hi Donna, your looking very well and so positive its great. You made me laugh when the camera fell!
I did an exercise once with the life coach I met earlier on in the year about connecting with my higher self and it was amazing. I forgot about it until now so I shall do that, thanks for the reminder:)
