Wow, Ana-Maria. You are so dedicated to your fitness regimen. Over the years I've been meaning to try pilates too. I have so many videos, I should use them. I had no idea Cindy Crawford had a fitness dvd. I will look into it. I was also thinking about tennis too. Maybe I'll take some classes next summer. How amazing it is that you've been able to keep this up for 7 years!

Hey Christine,
good to see you're doing well. I work out 4-5 times a week (1 hour each). I have a combined routine, warm up+cardio+abs+legs+arms+ streching. This works for me. I use weights only for the arms ( 1 kg each). I don't want bulky things... for the rest I use a mat and a chair for balance. A good tipp is still Cindy Crawford fitness tape/dvd. That's really professional, non-agresive kind of way, but with good results. Yoga is a good complement, so if you feel compelled to do it, do it. My experience with fitness streches over 7 years. I would say that what I do is aerobics/pilates+weights. I used to play tennis, not anymore, maybe next summer.
