S1/ Day 92: First day of the Theta Healing Course
This is my attempt to express what amazing day I had and all the mind-blowing things we did on the first day of the Theta Healing Course. It is so, so, so worth it, way better than expected - I couldn't even do it justice in this vid, and I'm still full of energy hours afterwards. Whatever is going on, I love it. Oh and p.s. the downloading the feelings/qualities/essences is into your whole body & cells, right down into the DNA - not just the subconscious mind.
And also I wanted to mention about the subconscious beliefs: sometimes we don't realise that we have them because they are located on other levels, such as the genetic level (inherited from our parents, grandparents, etc) or history level (from our past lives) or even soul level,etc - so it's great to be able to clear them & pull them out on all levels and replace them with their positive version.

Also: YAAAAY! During our lunchbreak today I went to visit Planet Organic & finally tried Raw Chocolate: YUM!!! It was way nicer than I expected. I'll have to stock up on it tomorrow, as they don't sell it near where I live!!

I remember I did about 8 sessions of reflexology and my neck discomfort disappeared. Also...be careful what pillow you are using. xxx Glad you are enjoying your course!!

Hey there Sanya, what a great healing space you are in the middle of. I haven't done this exact thing, tho have experienced &can to relate to deep healing of this type, hope the rest of the course is just as good... no, no even better!!!! Enjoy.
Thanks so much for the comments on my vids, its really great to connect. It is good knowing that you are not just entirely talking to yourself, but are connecting. I'm so excited actually doing this, its definitely pulling in my focus, and connecting with other like minded folk with similar stories and intentions is fantastic, so thanks. By the way how good is raw chocolate?!!!!!
