You are beginning to get in touch with your inner power. Happy is good, but recognizing and accepting yourself exactly as you are is better. For me, trying to feel happy happens in the realm where I have this vision of who I "should be" and happy is when I am matching that idealized me. Peace and power come when I recognize my own soul, and accept her in her wholeness, happy, sad, sacred, joyful. I say, "It's all ok. It's all part of this incarnation I call "me" and I am able to transcend the narrative. It all passes".
Getting in touch with the eternal part of "me"...past the looks, past the weight, past the experiences of success or failure is part of what this challenege means to me.
