Congratulations on starting your classes. I tell you Justin, I know where you come from. One day is awesome the next is a nightmare. I have been there and still experience it every day. It is a challenge to stay focus. I know what you mean when you say that you get overwhelmed and you forget the LOA. I have done that too and still do it. I stop meditating and visualizing just like you and boom!!! I hit a road block. I think like you said at the end of your video be grateful for what you have and visualize what you want like you have it already. That is what I need to do too. So thanks for reminding me. I really wish you to get what you want and have a really happy video about you telling us all the good stuff that has happened to you. You take care, and remember you can do it!!

I hear you on the depression thing--- I've been there myself and it's a real energy-sucker, isn't it? Good to hear that you're sticking with your intentions, though! Keep using your tools (meditation, visualization, affirmations, etc) and I think you'll find that things will start to look up. In fact, it's great to hear that you have some good prospects on the video horizon! Stay positive and focused on how you can best serve the Universe and the Universe will be delighted to help meet you halfway....

You know, was sitting in a coffee shop and listening to music and feeling really full in the moment. Then this guy walked by and I felt drawn to literally RUN out of the coffee shop and run down the street to catch up with him. I JUMPED in front of him, the wind blowing in my hair, and said, "hi, are you an artist?" hehehe. And he said, "yes, I am a videogrpher." I shit you not. Then I said, "Let's network." hahaha! INTUITION. Affirmation "I am a badass. My intuition is SO powerful and it leads me to AMAZING easy things.I am following my heart, and I LOVE what I do, and I am very VERY comfortable with money. Money loves me. Hey Money, come have tea with me. Have a drink, sit down, make yourself at home! No really money, your are invited here. Is there anything I can do to make you more at home?"

Excellent. I completely understand what you mean about depression kicking in when feeling overwhelmed. Let's focus on what you mentioned earlier in another video. Being appreciative (or grateful) for the moment. That's a simple way to keep the depression at bay.

Hey, Just watched your video post. Follow your passion ( videos/films) and the work will come. I don't know what depression is, I dont think I have been there, but I do know that just by shifting your thoughts/experience/feelings to your passions makes a huge difference like it did on your vid...as soon as you thought and talked about the video work your whole persona changed. I'd say that is the LOA in action..you began to shine..keep shining mate!

Hi Justin,

thanks for sharing your feelings so openly. Well, you are so right. Don't mix up Depression and LOA. I just began this months with my first season, and it is amazing how positive things happen so quickly, while on the other hand I am going through deeper depressions, which I did not have for a long, long time. Well, I am trying to accept them the way they are coming, because I think that they only come up - just in order to hide me from my goals I want to follow.

For that reason I am creating some sort of first aid kit, which I can use during depression times - so that I can overcome them faster and better. E.g. to listen to positive music, to calm me down with short meditation where I travell in mind to wonderful, peaceful places, using affirmations in respect to my self-loving-treatment ...

This really helps and lift you up, because you stop giving importance to the negative circumstances there still might be.
