Very helpful info for me at this point in my journey. I love the idea of just focusing on being appreciative of "the moment". I tend to want to attach meaning or over analyze situations, people, events. It's easy for my mind to spin out into the ether and think about what my current moment could lead to, what it means regarding my journey, etc. In the meantime, I'm missing out on the moment from these mental trips. So, thanks. Once again, I learn something about keeping it simple, which also makes it easier to give my life more clarity in the moment.
I hope this makes sense. I've not had but a few hours sleep and need more, but awoke after three hours of rest feeling compelled to view the videos of other co-creators. I haven't been disappointed. Keep up the wonderful work. The experiences you are sharing are intriguing to me.
