I don't know if this would be enough, but sometimes I eat a yogurt when I'm starving because it coats my stomach and fairly light. Some of the solid foods do not coat my stomach, so I find that I need to eat more. Not sure if you're okay with dairy, but that's what I do when I'm starving! Or my other default healthy food is oatmeal.

I think its great that you are going to not drink alcohol for the next 100 days... Alcoholism, like you said has such a strong genetic link!!!! As for the light meal... difficult because I would imagine you are very hungry...Eating small snacks (if you can) throughout the day/night could prevent late night binging...Fruit and Raw Veg. have a lot of water and tend to keep you full longer rather than bad carbs....Your doing great..keep it up!!!
