It's credited to Baz Luhrmann (yes, the film director), though the music is by Quindon Tarver and the vocal is by voice actor Lee Perry. The track was actually a number one hit here in Britain. They had to play it on the radio with that long spoken bit at the beginning with no music behind it. Funnily enough after it dropped out of the charts it was never played ever again!
What I like about this video is that I now know the Spanish for "you are not as fat as you imagine". Though I'm not sure when I'm ever going to have the chance to use it.
