Hi Tamika- thank you for you comments! I wish we were across the street from each other. maybe at another local CCOR gathering once i move over to new york. This topic needs much further exploration I think I will be writing a blog just to get more of these thoughts out.
Food/sugar levels may have something to do it with happiness too, I had never thought about it. I agree that when we are aligned in purpose then we do experience our highest highs... and that is something that I am aiming for. Have a good weekend as well. xo, Meg
