Hi Steph,
Sorry for the late reply to your msg re my blog post. I am avoiding dairy and meat because I am experimenting with how this choice will make me feel. My goal is to increase my energy levels and I have a gut feeling that greatly reducing my intake of these 2 food types will help me with this. I don't think that either are particularly great for me... dairy, I think, tends to make me feel more tired while meat, I think tends to make me feel heavier and more uncomfortable. I still put milk in my tea and enjoy meat when my body craves it. I have also been trying to reduce my use of the microwave as I hear that eating microwaved food results in creating more free radicals in your body... not so good!
I'd like to hear about your experience with reducing your intake of preservatives... this sounds like a big challenge. How did it make you feel and why do you think that it made you feel that way?

Thanks for your help, Stephanie. This does give me a really good idea to present to clients.
Thank you so much for commenting on my blog. Your story about your husband is very inspiring to me. I have written my list several time (tweaking it each time) and I know God is preparing us both to meet at the right time. I do know who he is actually, it was revealed to me but we are not quite ready for each other yet. Thanks again.

Thanks for your comments on my page. All of this food intolerance experimenting is an eye opener. I've also noticed what exactly goes into my food and there are some things that are disturbing. Anyway it's all a learning process. Hope your challenge is going well and very nice to meet you.
Hi Stephanie, thanks so much for taking the time to reply to my blog. Your comments and suggestions are insightful and helpful I'm sure. There is some stuff I'm really enjoying reading at the moment so I will pay particular attention to the energy coming from that and use it accordingly!
Hi Stephanie. My name is Christa Ryan and I have my own home-based business with a swiss-formulated, botanically-based skin-care, health and wellness company called Arbonne International. I work full time for a financial planning company but I wanted some balance and financial security for my family which is why I started my home based business. The products provide amazing benefits and the business opportunity is phenomenal. What I didn't count on is the amazing personal growth and support I've received from the wonderful women I now know and work with. I'd love to chat with you further about what Arbonne can do for you and your family.
thank you, Stephanie. I appreciate your concern. I am very happy that her suffering and pain is finally over. She was positive until the bitter end, and I know she didn't want to live like she was anymore. I didn't get to go to the funeral (it was in Colorado, and didn't have money to get there), but my boyfriend went and said the service was really beautiful and she had lots of nice things said about her. So that makes me happy.
Thank you for your advice and insight, Stephanie! I really appreciate it. I am going to go for the third interview; just go with the flow and allow myself to see how it feels. Thank you again! :-)
In no way are you a "pest!" I truly appreciate you taking the time to let me know about what has worked for you! Because if it worked for you, that means it could work for me (and others). Thanks again!
Thanks a lot, Stephanie! I have been using affirmations to attract money, and it has worked from time to time, but my internal convos are always negative...I will try to use some of the stuff you mentioned!
