Looking inward to find contradictions in energy is helpful, but it's not necessarily about finding all of them, its mainly about finding things to love, appreciate and praise... such as your beautiful cats, I love cats. :)

Hi Robin, thank you so much for your kind comments. I am sorry you lost your friend, she was around the same age as ours. We are all feeling better but a part of us still can't believe he is gone.
