I watched you're vids, you look fantastic, your skin looks superb etc, you can't possibly need to lose much weight, if any surely?
I noticed that you in a way reaffirmed that you have the problems you have noticed, if you look into the Teachings of Abraham (Where the main foundations of 'The Secret' comes from), it will tell you whatever you talk about, think about, imagine, desire, or fear, you are putting attention towards, so you are attracting more. Simply do not give any attention to your 'feeling' of there been a problem with the redness of skin etc, try to imagine and feel the feeling of perfect skin and how lucky and grateful you are to have a perfect complextion.
(Which you do have anyway!)
