Thank you for your uplifting comment on my rather depressing video. I'm being truthful about things...part of the process. Sometimes it really unnerves me with some of the happy slappy stuff that goes on this network. I manufested this...look I did this....look I'm on a cleanse....(fill in the blank). Its hard work as you are well aware. We should be showing the negative as well as the positive in order to see our progress....anyway I'm writing this late and I'm possibly blithering. So glad you are here!!!

I joined Letsgetraw and I am definitely working on the Raw Food thing I want to get started by April 1, but I am still waiting for my blender and juicer to come in. I am also thinking about buying a soy milk maker, but I'm not too sure that a good blender couldn't give me the same thing. Hmmmm
Kentucky looks beautiful. I miss the East Coast. Lived in Richmond VA in the 3rd grade and remember it well. Lived in Key Largo in the 5th grade. I read my husband your note and said..she's from Kentucky...to which he replied "Oh, remember that Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Pie you made"..........what a nut. Yes - a video of you and cha cha doing the cha cha.

Can you tell me, how do i upload a youtube video onto a comments box like this or on a discussion, i cant see how to do it, i have tried uploading and it just comes up with the hyperlink and no video?? can you help me please? you seem very knowledgeable on the subject.
