thanks for the compliments on the pics jay, and that would be my granddaughter scarlet...my kids are 21 and 16...i just have good genes, ha ha. how were your holidays? are you whooping it up for new years?
sorry it took me so long to get back at you. I really enjoyed your comment! Thanks for naming me something I can focus on in the consulting business...people and cultures...Yes, you are right I am passionate about people and I think it would be great to arrange company cultures merging together successfully. Well, I will defininetly do some reading about that! I have written my dissertation about "How does culture influence international negotiations" with Mexico as an example. I like to examine behaviour and so on...and I love to interact with ppl and to learn about their goals and dreams and visions...But sometimes I think that´s not so good. Maybe I need to become more ignorant towards others, bc a lot ofmy collegues that are highly successful tend to ignore other ppl (at least at work)...
So how is your challenge going? How is your work? I remember reading that you are currently finding it diffucult to put all your heart in some of your projects...
I´ve come across your page and read some of your posts. First of all, I am also fell behind almost all of my goals and attentions. I´ve read that you are an consultant. Well, I got my bachelors in international business management. However, for a real consultant business I still lack some mathematical skills. That was one of my goals lol...to practice some maths...I work for a big international consultant and tax company, however I am employed there as an Executive Assistant, so unfortunately the others are doing the interesting work...However, I am planning on really starting a career in the consulting business. Maybe I just need some more pushes. Maybe I am not so good with numbers but I got sound ideas concerning business strategies. Well, I am sure someday someone sees that in me and I´ll get my chance and in the meantime I gotta do a whole lot of work...Anyhow, just wanted to let you know that I relate to a lot of stuff you wrote about. I wish you good luck any happy manifesting. Sarah

g'morning jay. we've a sweet little retreat-type spot in the country and that makes living in this climate a lot easier for me. grande prairie is a hustling, bustling oilfield-driven town and i much prefer the quieter life. we're looking for property now in the okanagan area (shushwap lake) to build a cabin on, eventually to move to one day. i've a girlfriend that moved to chicago a year ago and is loving the weather, how long have you lived there? and yes, a new earth gave me a shift in the right direction, i skip the first chapter now but i'm reading it over and over and over to really absorb it, it makes such sense. thanks for the light box recommendation, i think i'll ask santa for one, i don't get much sunlight here in winter.
Keep on trucking buddy! You are doing fantastic. I am keeping this comment short since I am behind in my cleaning scedule! :) Don't worry the positive thinking gets easier. I have been practicing for a year and finally am getting a sense of real flow. I am posting a video today so I hope you can watch it! Thanks for all the great encouragement!
Hey, Jay....... I love how you write. I live in Austin, Tx, "Live Music Capital" and have the absolute blissful pleasure of having the most creative people I can call "friend". Your writing shows that side of you. Very creative, energetic, in-touch......cool! Thanks for posting!
Hey Jay! The money exercise is great. Basically you take an old check book and check register and everyday you give yourself a thousand dollars plus whatever you had the day before. So day one is 1k day is 2k day three is 3k so day 50 would be 50k.
You then go shopping and write out checks for the things you want and try to spend all the money. It really does put you in the frame of mind that you have so much cash that you really have to try to spend it. Get it you start to believe you have too much money! hence attracting tons! There are a couple great exercises for money plus just about anything you can think of in the book. It's called "Ask and it is Given" by Jerry and Esther Hicks. They have like 4 or 5 books, I have read them all and find them to be very practical in acctually showing you exercises that are really more like games to create what you desire. Check em out, They are def good reads. Thanks for the compliments on the blogs, but gotta say man yours are fantasically motivating as well!
Hi John, thanks so much for those tips on places to go in SW America. I am still planning the route, I think i'm going to need another week or two out there!
Hey John. I enjoyed reading through your blogs. I'm looking forward to hearing more about you as the weeks progress!!! Good news I'm starting on Monday. I just need a few things before I start. I wanted to buy a book of affirmations and a new journal and a calendar. I got my camera today. I'm so excited for all of us.
Hi John, My name is Gaelic for Sheila! But I often get the "she laugh" version from people attempting to pronounce it :) Yeppers, getting rid of clutter is a big challenge but I know how much better I'll feel when it's done. I love your phrase "putting on the shorts", it's something I think I'll have to put into practice! Have a great day.
