was super pissed off that my life hadn't changed...but you know what? i didn't fully commit. I skipped a few days. Didn't do it on the days that I felt bad, which is really when it could have helped. So I'm going for it again. And on the days where I just can't appreciate? I'm going to open up "ask and it is given" find out where i am on the "emotional scale" and do a game that I can vibe with. Even if it's just meditating.

I've never personally met him but hear he's a really nice guy.
I've seen him on the beach with his wife and kids, they're a cute family.
My son has been out surfing when he's out at the same spot.
