Happy to hear that you find some sort of help in my postings. Music is always a good companion. I hope that you are doing good as well your family. Lately what I talk about is this shif/Ascension process, and how we feel it physically so strong.I don't know about you but for month now there is this great influx of energy that keeps me awake at night so I go to bed between 2 -4 in the morning, accompanied with hot flashes, mind galloping and so on and so forth.
Great changes are occuring, and I am getting feedback from a lot friends thant they experience the same phenomenon. much love !!!
