Hi Sumayya ;o)
I am not usually regular with using techniques but basically I do live the principals and they have become daily habit for me. I am going to restart though on Jan. 15 to join the new season with all those people who are starting. I feel like the energy is getting much stronger also. I'm glad you feel that too. Its confirmation. It feels like something is backbuilding huh? So for now I"m just going to focus on what i would like to manifest in the next 100 days and then try to start some techniques on a reg. basis starting the 15th. How about you? How are things manifesting for you?

I made a whole vision board for India 2009 and when I finished I realized that I would need a visa. I'm thinking of just changing the date at the top to 2010 and focusing on that. Argh! Also..thanks for the book recommendation, I downloaded it and am reading it now.

PS: I visited that page and it looks like your guru and mine are working toward the same goals LOL..Peace. What a beautiful soul he is. You are very blessed to have him in your life....
Hey beautiful...
My guru's name is Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath (sp) He is a Nath Yogi I was studying with Self Realization Fellowship from Yogananda but I decided that I really did need a living Master. As it turns out many of Paramahansa Yogananda's devotees are now moving to see Yogiraj. He is the same Lineage as Yogananda. He is amazing and I have never had so many spiritual experiences as I have since meeting him and being initiated. You can read more about him if you wish at www.hamsa-yoga.org
I am really hoping that the universe will deliver a way for me to get there after all. I backed out when there was the incident in Mumbai and now I'm so sorry that I did. I should never have done that. Ahhh well. We live and learn hmm? If not this Feb. then DEF. next Feb!!!

Oh how cool! Your a Kriya practitioner! My guru is located in Pune and I noticed thats where you live. His ashram is in the jungle. They are having a celebration there in Feb that I really wanted to go to but I just don't have the money for the flight at this moment. Perhaps the Universe will deliver it though! That would be amazing...
Yes please let me know about that book. I've never heard of it before I don't think.
Looking forward to sharing with you ;o)

Kia ora Sumayya I have read some of your blogs you have such an insight into healing thankyou beautiful lady BBBig hugs & blessings to you & your family Arohamai SoniaJ
What’s working for me at present is basically visualizing what I want and then sending it off out into the ether. I think trusting that the universe will open up opportunities for you/me to obtain our goals, is part of the whole process.
I’ve been experimenting with meditation for a while now trying out different practices. These days I go with what comes in the moment and with what feels right. Sometimes the meditation is about breath, other times light, and sometimes I have clear trails of thought on where to go and do in my life - so my meditation then transforms into a visualization as such. This just feels right; I also receive immense peace of mind and confidence from just sitting still, allowing and trusting this inner thought and activity to do its own thing/processing.
I do sit and focus on the breath initially, and then the meditation takes its own shape and form to fit the moment. This is what is working for me right now, and helping me have a sense of calm confidence...
I really think the most important aspect is to relax and allow inner peace, calm and enjoyment to come whilst doing this. For me it’s about going inwardly and enjoying the journey as I travel...
Have a relaxing and joyous eve - its 6.30pm here, not sure what time it is with you in India - oh and yes my next big trip in a year or so is to India. I was just reading up and doing some research on Bhutan, it's not too far from India either...
Hi Sumayya, I’m just after watching Esther & Jerry Hicks on The Law of Attraction, they were on the homepage here. - Really gooood to listen to - common sense that makes total sense. My intention until it becomes an automatic process within myself is to listen to Esther on this topic - law of attraction 3 times a week.
I am grateful for it being Sunday - I love Sundays!!!
It’s MY DAY - the day I get to do whatever I want for meeee. As I wrote that previous line I realized everyday should be about doing things for me, which they are. Mon - sat I support, encourage and help others accomplish their goals - which is ultimately my goal and dream. But Sundays are about me recharging, nurturing and pampering myself, allowing myself to go at the pace I want to go at, and do the things I want to do. Hence I woke up at 4am ready to go...
Going to go off and do some meditation - this is a practice I treasure and enjoy immensely, I find such peace, confidence & direction from being physically still, and listening to my inner self - the guide within my self...
Have a beautiful day, with love and positive vibrations, Johannah
Hi sumayya, sending you lotz of positive vibrations and love...
I've spent most of my afternoon going through my old stack of newspapers, with the intention of cutting out images for a vision board. ive ended up reading lotz of articles and becoming immersed in the world of the media - specifically the Irsh Times... anyhow it has been beneficial as ive sent a third of the stack to the recyling , and ive got clear thoughts and intentions as to where i'm going and as to what i am intending into my life..
i am having a lovely sunday - very relaxed and enjoyable. My lovely housemate cooked me lunch and did lotz of cleaning around the house, so i feel very privileged and grateful for all that I have.. this includes a sense of direction of where i'm going, and confidence that i have all i require to be successful on this journey, and to achieve my goals that will benefit me and many others i encounter along the way...
I will fill you in more as time goes on...
Its not the right one or the its just not the right time for you yet... better to not get the job than to get it, and not be ready for it, and then later have to leave it - this can case greater confusion and upheaval in one's life.
Take the lessons out of todays experience as these are preparation for the one your going to get - its all part of the process...
Remember there is no shortage, only to those who believe or think there is, so you will get the job that is for you.
Keep up your visualization and manifest your dreams - this is what we have to do, this is the reality and we just gottta do it girl!!
Also embrace the challenge...
Going to do some meditation but will be back on line in an hour or so, so will chat with you then if your around and need a chat.
I just had a beautiful walk - i'm not sure if its just me, or my type of make-up, but by golly walking so helps me get a clear, fluid, and positive trail of thought going, I would thoroughly recommend getting out for a walk and letting the day be in the past, after you've taken note of the lessons you need to take out of todays experience, or do that later, whatever you think best... treat and pamper yourself after your hard days work and challenge, and give yourself credit for all you did accomplish today...
Hi Sumayya, if you’re sure that master cleanse will make you irritable, then it definitely will!!! If you’re not on for doing it right now, don’t do it - do it when you feel its right and when you want to do it...
In regards to exercise, I am naturally, or I should say I’ve spent a lot of my life in motion, so movement is something my body is very used to. Though I’m a lot stiller these days. So yes it’s that balance thing again - finding it, to suit you.
After meditation in the morning, I do a few gentle stretches (yoga&pilates stretches) nothing too strenuous but it kind of follows on naturally from being inwardly... aligning and awakening the body through some gentle stretches, helps me be in touch with my body physically, so the spiritual, emotional & physical are all being exercised and working in unison...
Yes a walk here & there is quite invigorating, but its a bit like that saying - "If it fits wear it, if it doesn’t don't, and definitely do not worry about it... Focus on what you do want to do and give your energy to that...
I am about to fall asleep, Oh its later than I thought, its after midnight... I’ve an early start tomorrow, so I shall say good niter & good luck girl, and shall chat with you soon...
My 100-day challenge is going good... I am going through quite a challenging period in my life at present so combining the 100 day challenge in with the reality of what is going on in my life is helping me keep calm, sane, positive and creative with the challenges that are arising in my life right now.
The journaling is really productive, as I have been getting overwhelmed with emotion of late, emotions i.e. frustration, fear, and anger. So through the process of writing down these feelings, emotions and thoughts within me, I seem to be getting closer to the root and cause of this turbulence within me. These feelings I need to address and take whatever message I am supposed to take from them, and basically move on to a more harmonious, compassionate, and loving place in life.
The meditation that I have come across I am finding hugely beneficial. I have practiced and tried out other forms, but this one I think I will stick with as it is quite simplistic, yet it seems to work for me, it takes me inward where I find solace, peace, and become connected. Out of this I become calmer and reassured that I will find and accomplish
"My thing in life - whatever this is? It has yet to be discovered by me"
Also I have been using the Chakra meditation that is in the practices section at the top of this page. Practicing Deepak's and this one I find immensely beneficial - they are helping me address the fear I have within myself.
This fear I have within me is in relation to my future - employment, meaningful friendships, relationships etc.
I've been sending out job applications non stop over the last few months and going for interviews - having been offered no position as yet. Though I have been getting a lot out of compiling these applications, and by going to & through these interviews.
I am also trying to get a sense of who I am - figure out my morals, principles, and values by which I live by.
I became very aware and found myself recently, after exerting and giving a lot of energy and creativity into the world, with no deep, or meaningful loving relationships in my life, this really saddened me. I brought this back to myself and started to question why is this, why when I exert a lot into the world that I don't seem to have much in return. What am I doing or not doing that is leading my life into unfullfillment?? These are the questions I am asking myself at present and working towards the answers, so that I will actualize and realize my potential, and embellish my life and all with whom I encounter in it with a loving embrace, compassion and warmth... So in my longwinded way of responding to your question - yes, I'm finding this process really helpful.
Oh, and I've been pushing myself a little more in regards to incorporating physical exercise into my routine. I am quite a physically active person by nature. These past few months I’ve been spending a lot of my time at my computer, so my physical exercise routine, has been quite sporadic and a little haphazard. But luckily I live right beside a beautiful park, so I make myself go for walks there, and when I do Wowee- do I enjoy them - I sure do!!! They invigorate and stimulate me something else - my senses become awakened by the sounds, scents and scenes these autumnal days and evenings bring.
I do hope I have not blathered on too much, if I have do let me know and I’ll edit my writing down in future, as I do enjoy corresponding with you!! At the same time I respect, and do not want to take up too much of your time...
Morning Sumayya, if your interested in meditation, go on to youtube and type introduction to meditation Deepak Chopra, into the search engine. This should bring up a six part intro and guide by DC,through what I have found to be a very simply and effective meditation.
Also you might be interested in this wesite www.anhglobal.org the anh stands for Alliance for a New Humanity - Very interesting, and what I believe to be essential work, going on with this alliance and all involved in it!!
It is, or I should say was a favoutite of mine in 2001, I was quite attached to it and its exercises, and then left it with a friend... It is nice to have it back in my life and I will definitely start doing the exercises again!! - it will be interesting to experience and see how I am with these exercises, and how this book will affect me this time round?? I'll get stuck in and will give you feedback over time... Anyhow I really appreciate you e-mailing me to let me know it was there, - at this stage it is saved on to my computer desktop.
