I see you're trying to quit smoking and I'm here to tell you that it is possible and easy. I, myself, was a smoker and I had my last cigarrette the 1st December 2007, through an hypnosis session. Have you tried that? If you need any info please advise, because I'm an hypnotherapist and maybe I can find someone who can help you there in Spain. All the best and trust yourself - it is possible and easier that you think!!

I'm on day 8 of the cleanse. I'm actually considering making this my last day. I'm just listening to my body and it's pretty much telling me that this has run it's course. I've gotten a lot out of it. Not a whole lot of weight loss, but I know why that is. I need to exercise. But otherwise, I've really liked doing this and I think it's done a lot for me. Let me know when you want to start it! I have all my vids from each day on youtube.
Ah yes, sounds about right. Navy in Jax. Lol. The Navy boys are everywhere! I just can't seem to find the single ones. Lol! Talk to you soon!

I moved to Aguascalientes three years ago and I understand you when you said it is difficult to make new friends because some people think you are a foreign.
