haha you are so funny and so excited about pie and rhubarb haha if i wasn't on a low carb I would be excited too :P My mom used to make it home made, well almost, she did everything except make the pie crust. She ever boiled the fruit and stuff. I'm over here getting a high off of my boyfriends breath, pink powerade :P Yeah baby! I'd be ready for some pie!
Here's some suggestions for practices to help you meet your intentions:
Warning: Kinda long!
1. Adopt practices that are comfortable for you.
I thought that I had to conform to practices that "made sense" or looked like "what I thought I was supposed to be doing," versus becoming a part of practices that felt right for me. Definitely do what is comfortable - that is your flow!
2. Don't think so much.
Concentrate on the way your actions make you feel. If you feel like what you're doing is uncomfortable in the least, reassess and try something different.
3. The Universe doesn't know what you want if you don't ask for it.
Asking doesn't have to be out loud, it could be a quiet whisper, thoughts in your head, but know that the Universe can't bring you something that you haven't really asked for.
4. Be specific!
There are some great examples in the Mini-Mani group about how we've asked for things vaguely and got something really off lol. So be detailed and specific when you ask for what you want. Give your questions to the Universe and you will have your answers in no time.
5. Just do it!
You'll never accomplish your intentions if you never get the courage to go after them. Focus on an intention and act - or, take your intention to bed in your thoughts and allow the Universe to help you get some inspired thoughts to act. Sometimes, we can't just act on our intentions because we aren't sure how, but if you put a proper focus on it, the Universe will give you the perfect formula for getting it started.
