I am glad to see that you've started your spiritual journey now. I was 8 when something got me going, and making me hungry for information. Indeed these times are great times (chaotic as they are), for we are on the verge of paradigm shift. This will be felt, and experienced differently by each and everyone of us, but the thing is the "knowledge about many things" will be no longer withheld from us. From this point on is everyone's responsability not only for their personal life, but for their community, and life in general. I hope that by discovering the LOA you have enough hunger to put together the big picture. blessings!!!

Here's something I wrote recently (I don't mean to blog on your page).
Amazing the world is...
A new corner turned at what seems every moment;
Who knew I'd be friends with her, or with him.
Attitudes override the dreadlocks, the tatoos,
the faces, respect earned, perhaps.
I dream in autumn colors.
But my waking life is in the way.
How can I get back to my refuge, my hollow?
Sit still. See what happens. Then,
Let it go. Let it all go.
I will manifest my own destiny.
My charm is infectious, to me anyway.
As a boy, I'd build forts,
Look for tadpoles, climb trees, be, well, be.
As a boy, I'd do cartwheels, ride dirt bikes,
and learn to spit 'the right way,'
Some years passed now,
Can I still, can I now just be, just be?
