Hi Suzanne! Looks like you just started your 100 Day Challenge same time as me. I thought you might enjoy a book I read last year, it is called "Olive Leaf Extract" by Dr. Morton Walker (you'll find it online at Amazon or similar). This book is great for natural health. There is even more great information you might enjoy at and . I read so much on health and well-being after my daughter was born in late 2006 I understand the value of our immune system and balanced nutrition.
