Thank you for being in the $35,000 LIsters group! I hope that you come back and join in. I have returned to moderate and discuss. We have a new book to go over in the discussions as well!
Hi Kathleen, Just watched your video , hope your coming out the other end of your recent storm feeling better. How is the Asthma? Dairy products are not a friend of asthma sufferers, if you have dairy maybe have a break for a bit see if that helps. You do need to go off the dairy though for at least a couple of months so all the mucus build up can go. You look great though so hopefully you are feeling much better.
I know how you are feeling though regarding the 100 day challenge, this is my first season and it has been mighty slow and I can at times feel overwhelmed and not quite get it together.
I have been listening to a motivational speaker called Bill harris who interviewed another motivational speaker called hale Dwoskin and he has this letting go Program called the sedona method, have you heard of it? i am going to give it a go see if it helps me to get out of my own way. I was able to find a free copy and you just pay the postage and handling like a trial to see if it could be what I'm looking for.
I am looking forward to buying Lilous book, where did you get your copy from?
Keep up the challenge as a lot of people on this challenge are in their 4 seasons and only just making large headway in their life. It is hard when you are unclear with what it is you want, I am abit like that.
Take care and thanks for sharing your video's.

Hi Kathleen
I know I didn't know you were here either. I just saw that lovely smiling face of your on a comment on my vid and was like hey LUVURSKIN! and my Twitter Friend. See great Beauty Orbits together. I love it! So glad that you are also here and yes, this is going to Rock!
I just finished season 3, boy were the first 3 a pain... flushing the C R*P ya know! Can't wait till 4. I think "its time". :)
Hi--thanks for asking...nice thought, but no. I am here in Athens. I hope to be moving sometime late this year. I need another big money making film project before I can relocate.
I am working hard as a music booking agent right now. My artist is coming in less than 2 weeks from Texas for a weeklong tour in Georgia. I haven't seen him for a long time and am very excited about him coming here. We always have a great time together. I am still ironing out details for the gigs I have set up for him.
Hi--I just read an article on the internet ranking cities where you get the most for your money...Austin was number one. It is such a FUN town. I love the music, I love the physical setting, I love the energy. I can't say enough good things. The only drawback is that Austin does not have an ocean. I grew up on the coast of Georgia..beautiful Savannah..and have 'salt in my blood'. There are the lakes though. When I lived there before, I had friends with a sailboat and used to sail a lot.
Texas is consistently ranked as the place to be to get a job. The economy is very good there. Several of the cities are always listed as good places for work...including Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. Austin is the jewel in Texas though, as far as lifestyle goes.
I just love that town. To move to Austin is definitely near the top of my 'goal, intention list'...
Hi--I hope to move to Austin. I lived in Austin in the mid-eighties and loved it. I am from Georgia, but feel a real pull to the West. There is something about the wide open spaces....
Hi again--sometimes I am a writer...I do a blog on MySpace which I have sadly neglected lately. I hope keeping a journal for this project will make me more regimented about writing. I am a freelancer. I work in the film industry...doing set decoration and props...and I also work as a booking agent for a musician from Austin, Texas. He is a singer-songwriter and is a real creative inspiration for me.
Hi Kathleen--I appreciate your response to my comment. I feel like in my life I have boarded a bus to a new destination, but I think it is the 'local', not the 'express' I will probably have a lot of stops along the way on this journey.
hi Kathleen, Sounds like a great meditation CD, I struggle with meditation , keeping my mind still but I will get there. Well done on your breakthrough.
Have an easy day.
We have got to talk girlfriend......I've just been introduced to a place doing exactly what you are now doing!!! Take a look at this, www.hypatiaclinic.com Tell me what you think!!!!
I'm from Germany and I've been twice in beautiful Phoenix. My nephew lived in Phoenix for 10 years (near the Ahwatuckee golf course), but finally he moved to San Fran.
I had the best times in my life in Phoenix and I remember it very often; playing golf, saw the Arizona Cardinal and Diamontbacks live, hanging out at the Bahama Breeze and Chuy's bar, Jet skiing at lake Apache, etc.
Never forget, you live in one of the most beautiful cities on earth, with so much opportunities and awesome places to go. That should give you so much energy to enjoy your live!! Regards

Hi Kathleen, I have a new starting date as the school hols challenged me alittle and wasnt as prepared as I thought I was. So today 20th is my new starting day. school hols or not. I just need to do my guided meditation in the morning as a perfect day starter, my main challenge is consistency so I am working on that at the moment. I think My first season is going to be all about working on any weaknesses I have in my everyday life like consistency, time management, taking the time to do something not just saying I dont have the time etc. I am not going to beat myself up if I dont manifest to much, but be happy in turning some of my weaknesses into strengths. Well thats were I am at , at the moment. Have a great day. Julie

The aim of this group is to support those who have recently quit smoking, are trying to or have done so.
I found that regardless of how determined one is in quiting, having support around for the first few weeks is priceless
