Hey Gerlaine .. Thanks for your comment.. yeah my board is sparse of comments as I left the site and deleted in my season one ( I had a bereavement and wasn't in the mood) .. I rejoined when I started to feel a bit better :) but all my stuff was gone :(..
I love the group.. the idea of list making is so simple.. and it really helps focus my mind (which is usually all over the place).. I plan to keep it up .. even in a couple of days I have got so much more done already!! thank you !
Thanks, I'm glad you like it. Maybe I should blog about it. In short: Last Tuesday when I got home, I started paddling up stream and playing back a meeting in my mind, what I could do better next time, and then started feeling very depressed that I hadn't handled things differently. I knew I needed to reach for that higher vibration, but sometimes it's hard. I reach for the higher vibration by remembering that I can start again anew right now. When thing things don't go my way it is an invitation to grow, not an invitation to beat myself up.
Good morning, PG. Great to hear form you. I am thrilled that you started the $35,000 list. It gives me a place to put my list and be accountable to it. I like to put those normal "to do tasks" like finish referral reviews, and then add a few higher self intentions/to-dos like "remember it's all downstream". It feels like a neat way to balance my day. So, thanks for starting it -- three cheers for you!!!!

Hey you!!! Don't worry if you went off the diet-you are doing a great job...stick in there...maybe the raw thing is a bit extreme for you. I know I would find that hard. Try doing the no starchy carbs at night thing (rice,potato,corn,bread,pasta). I truly found that made a MASSIVE difference and it wasn't too hard!!! Have a happy weekend-love Megan xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Good I am glad you are well!!! It will get easier and easier as time goes on!!! You got clear about what to CALL it right away....this means you KNOW different!!!! I got someone to blow out the sprinkler system today and I was just thinking about it this morning !!!! They even came to my front door!!!! It would have been another 150.00 to pay someone to do..this has been happening with great frequency!!!!
