And people already tell you they wouldn't recognize you if the would see you walking on the street :p

I saw VS in a showbizzprogram 2 days in a row ..
maybe that's a sign?
Practacly all the VS"angels" are preagnant,
so they need replacement !

I know some ideas get confusing because they tell you to let go then they tell you don't let go, etc. It depends what you are reading, you will always run into things that are different. Guess in the end you have to go with what feel right for you.

I know what you mean Ana, I am even more impatient than you. Especially on the weight loss thing...
I wish things would happen faster to or at least I wish I knew I was on the right track, like signs something.
I hope you get results soon and get the process of it too in order to be able to repeat it and reach your goal.

Wish I had Sanya's friend's belief system! Hahaha Sounds perfect.

indeed I used to think that I could eat everything too ... until in highschool I started taking the pill, and they told me I would gain weight of it .. i did. And I had friends struggeling with weight.
When I was about 17 years old, I started losing weight in the summer, just like that, at a very high speed, without doing ANYthing different! I remember buying new pants with my boyfriend, and a few weeks later they started falling off. I think I weighed 54 kg with 1m72 and now I weigh about 62kg :p
My mom told me I lost weight because of the stress I had for that boyfriend (we broke up). But I really never ever have stress :) So it JUST HAPPENED .. unfortunatelly, I don't remember how I did it haha

what about the time buffer? How long will it take for my "wish to come true" I wonder .. When I'm 60 ? Haha, it won't help much than ;) I know they are not specific on time in the book "the secret", but they DO say, that you can set a date on something, for example with the check.
I want 1000 dollar by september 17
Do you know how that works exactly?

Your manifestations do motivate me, cause if you can do it, I can do it too, right :)

I haven't been exercising actually, at all. I'm not good with that. I wanna come to the place where I will make that a part of my lifestyle and love it, but only if I will really feel that way and not just to force myself. By healthy foods I mean eating things that aren't toxic and that please me in texture, taste, quality and just being picky and only eating what I love what makes me and my body feel good.Because I've found that if I eat only what I love I feeel soo much better. I still eat sweets and things but I am just more careful to the content.

There's that time buffer. You are thinking correctly and it's gathering but maybe it's just taking time to unfold. I am very impatient especially about this body thing. Maybe things are just about to unfold for you. If you've been feeling better then you're making progress, so it is working but maybe it's just gradual.

In a way though, you are creating a new shape, not just altering what is there. You are bringing a new one into manifestation at the same time as transforming the current one. (does that make sense?)

About the 'attracting healthy foods' affirmation: I have a good friend who is 52kg naturally, and 1.65 (5foot4) in height...and she has this belief that she is slim no matter what, just because that is what her family and friends have told her since she was a child. I swear, this girl could eat more than a horse at times! And she eats all sorts of food, not just the healthy ones. She's Italian & really loves her food to the max! She also does zero excercise. I think she is naturally slim just because that is how she subconsciously accepts herself to be. Like Rachel said, she just IS it, she just knows it on a deep, maybe even cellular level. Lucky her. Wish you all the best with being it too! ♥

I do that stuff too ... thinking I am thin already and imagining myself running trough the streets with skinny jeans on, that really fit like I have model legs .. seeing myself on the beach with a great body etc ... But I don't do the part where I say "I am attracting healthy foods" cause honestly, I love food waaaaay too much to only eat the healthy ones.
I don't want to be negative, but isn't it a little bit like cheating when you start eating healthy and exercising and than thank the LOA for it, but you've actually done it yourself?
I'm sorry I'm confused .. If the LOA can do anything, it can also make me thinner by just saying: "I am at my perfect weight, I can eat anything I want and still have the perfect size. I have a very high metabolism and look like I could be a VSmodel"

Thank you for your great explination, but I'm missing something .. Maybe it seems like I don't have faith in the LOA, but I have seen it work for other things, like friendships, meeting certain people and situations I wanted .. But my body doesn't really work
Maybe it's because I have to alter a shape that is already here .. and not create a new one?

Not sure if this all makes sense to you, but I'm trying .. I'm such a rookie :p

I usually picture the body I want whenever I become conscious of something about mine I don't like and try to think of how it would feel if I now had it. I look at pictures of models and really fit healthy people to keep myself motivated and I think I would love to have that body, it would look and feel so good and that motivates me. I try to keep my thinking on track and remember that I've choosen to eat only healthy foods, I take it easy on myself. Since I feel so negatively about my body sometimes I just have to focus on other things. I use affirmations like "I have a healthy and fit body", "I am responsible for my body", "My body is the perfect size" or something similar whenever I notice myself focusing on the bad things about my body. Whenever I eat something I just think that whatever I eat allows me to be thin and healthy. I've also taken VS model pictures and added my face to them and looked at them trying to feel them as real. When I feel it's hard to believe I just uses phrases like "I love the way my body feels", "It feels good to know I am reaching my ideal weight", "Lots of people have done this" etc. I do slip or forget sometimes but the thing is not letting yourself get discouraged and getting right back on the saddle.

I love what Rachel wrote. She is absolutely right, we have to "have it" before we can have it manifest. Wanting is a vibration that takes you away from that. We need to think of it as if it already is because that sends a clear message to the universe. Wanting just attracts more wanting.

I have to start visualizing and feeling it more. What it would feel like to be as thin as I want and what kind of thoughts I would have then and then move trough the day from that perspective responding to things as if I am already thin.
