Well life is life thats all I can say, I'm coming to terms with the fact that i needed a break and thats why I'm not taking classes just now ( summer term starts in the next few weeks, then I'm back to classes) Well anywho, I'm on day 4 of a 21 day detox ( yeaaaahhhh) Basically its a juice fast, fruits, vegetables, preferably in the juice form ( you juice them yourself) and then still making sure you have protien, and are still getting your other nutrients ( so suplements are kinda important, though I have yet to buy them lol) But yeah its been a struggle , the goal is to get rid of as many man made toxins and impurities in the body, so by juicing and getting tons of fruits and vegetables your system is "flushed out", the book that I'm using as my guide is 21lbs in 21 Days-The Martha's Vineyard Detox....so its been quite difficult, but I'm trying I really want to do 21 days but we shall see, the goal is to (yes I will be honest) drop some lbs but I also need a fresh start and to just get rid of the baggage (especially in my body). This has required a lot of self restraint and I"m hoping a I learn some things from it...weeewwww wish me luck lol

Goals for next week : Stay on this detox, do something good for myself, do something productive, Don't get overwhelmed or stressed..two very unproductive ways of thinking
