Hypnosis is an affective way of instilling in your subconscious suggestions that you want to take affect immediately. This self-hypnosis dialogue is designed to help you create a mindset that will help you attract wealth and improve your health. When you have completed reading, sit back, take a deep breath and allow your mind to be clear for about one minute. Be ready for thoughts that come into your mind that will help you to obtain more wealth and improve your health.

I will be your guide through this self-hypnosis program... the fastest way to obtain our hopes and dreams is to instill into our mind... which includes the subconscious... the thoughts and especially the correct words... that will create the mindset to make our desires become reality... or in other words become manifest... [touch heart say... Manifest]...

I am sure your desire is to increase your wealth and improve your health... [touch heart say... Desire]... it is desire that tells the Universe what we want to actually occur in our life... simply wishing will Not get us the desire we want to achieve... [touch heart say.. Achieve]... staying focused on what we desire in life ... rather then focusing on past events... will always lead us to our desires... [touch heart say.. Focus]...

You can immediately change your life by changing your mind... you are sending out thoughts 24 hours a day 7 days a week and the things that are happening in your life right now are the outcome of past thoughts... [touch heart say... Thoughts]... when we maintain thoughts of what we really desire... we continue to send out that vibration into the Universe... [touch heart say... Universe]... and we do that either by mediation or prayer and possibly both... [touch heart say... meditation and prayer]...

Being selective of what we watch on TV or see in movies helps us to only program into the mind the things WE want... TV and movies have there own set of hypnotic suggestions to get you to do what THEY want you to do... your desire is achieving what YOU want... [touch heart say... My Desires]... by changing the habits that lead to what others want you to do... to habits of what you want to do... will begin to turn your life around... which WILL lead you on a straight path to achieving your goals and dreams... Thoughts determine actions... sewing actions creates habits... habits determine our lifestyle... so thoughts determine your lifestyle... [touch heart say... Thoughts]... by changing our thoughts... we change our lifestyle... that is your goal... you want to live a lifestyle with more money... more of the things you desire... and more freedom to do the things you want... To attract wealth... we must focus on seeing ourself living a wealthy lifestyle... [touch heart say... Wealthy]... the more you focus on a wealthy lifestyle... the straighter your path to getting there... [touch heart say... Wealthy lifestyle]... having pictures in the mind helps to create the vibration that goes out into the Universe and returns to us the manifestation of our thought... so picturing in the mind the beautiful home you desire... [touch heart say... Beautiful home]... and picturing the kind of car we want to drive... or the fun things we desire to have to enjoy life... [touch heart say... Fun things]... and [touch heart say... Enjoy life]... accelerates the manifestation process...

Another key to abundance is to be happy... this means being happy where you are right now... [touch heart say... I am happy]... being happy leads to more happiness... being miserable leads to more misery... so... to feel more happiness... we must be happy now... this attracts more things into our life that helps create more happiness... it is a self perpetuating process... misery begets misery... happiness begets happiness... The ultimate vision of wealth is the color gold... and gold is one of the most valuable elements in this world... [touch heart say... Gold]... having images of gold is one of the ways of being sure that what we desire is clear in the subconscious mind... not necessarily are we wanting to have a house full of gold... however we do want to be sure we attract abundant wealth rather then just a slight change in financial circumstances... we are looking to attract abundant wealth... [touch heart say... Abundant Wealth]...

This very process is the process shared in The Secret... what we think... what we believe... we achieve... think... believe... achieve... [touch heart say... I believe]...

The other important goal we want to achieve is improving our health... wealth without health is rather useless... wealth can help us afford better health however thoughts are the prominent factor that determines how we feel and how healthy we will actually be... Healthy thoughts]... the more we focus on unhealthy thoughts or possibilities of being sick... the more often then not that we are sick... the more we focus on thoughts of healthy living... the healthier life we live... so wellness is determined by healthy thoughts... To stay well we must be conscious of thoughts that lead us to better health... what we eat... what we drink... how much to exercise... and overall anything we put into the body and into the mind... which includes the kind of books we read and things we see... [touch heart say... healthy thoughts]... health - wellness... abundant wealth... great goals to a more abundant lifestyle... [touch heart say... Abundant lifestyle]...

Today and everyday... from this point on... you are living an abundant lifestyle... [touch heart say...
