The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Sunday will start Season 2 for me. I didn't do everything I wanted in Season 1, but I did accomplish some things like:

1. I started exercising regularly for about 1 hr 5-6 days/week. In 5 weeks I have lost about 10 lbs. and about 10 inches overall. I also made my diet more healthy and monitored my portion sizes. I record everything I eat as well as my exercises in a journal. It has helped me get a grip on what I'm putting into my body. Also, I started to take a boot camp style class at the Fitness Center on my job on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Working out with others is very motivating and the instructor really pushes me out of my comfort zone, which I need. Can you believe this class only costs $3.00 a class? Next week I am signing up for the Wednesday Abs class, which costs $4.00 a class. Both classes are 45 minutes long and you get more than your money's worth.

2. I have been keeping a Gratitude Journal and it helps me remember all the little things to be grateful for as well as the big ones. I have been attracting good people to help me and encourage me when I'm down.

3. I started a Mini-Manifestation Journal, but I sometimes forget to record things because they happen quite often.

4. I am making headway into starting my own business. Today I went to a free seminar at the library by the Business Advisors of Cleveland, which is like SCORE. They gave us an overview of how to prepare a business plan and profit and loss statements. It was very interesting and they gave me a lot to think about. I'll be working on my business plan in Season 2.

Well, that's some of the stuff I've done in Season 1 and tomorrow I'll outline my goals for Season 2. Peace out!
