Season 2 Day 33
Today is already off to an EXCELLENT start! First, I ran into a friend I haven't seen quite as much as I wish. Plus, she was with a lot of her friends, so when I expected to be by myself, I really spent about an hour chatting with some awesome people. Then, I went to the gym. I really just want to get a steady routine going, and I always feel so accomplished when I make the effort to go to the gym, so I'm proud of myself for that! Now, a little backstory, I used to struggle with acne a lot, sometimes I didn't even want to leave the house because I was so ashamed of my skin. So I went to a dermotologist, and even that took a long time to find a doctor that worked for me. I still go to a dermotologist and my skin is a lot better, not perfect, but I'm not as insecure about it. So, I was chatting to a friend who told me I look different. I responded that I didn't change anything drastic. So she continued to ask if I used different soap or anything because my skin looks so clean. I told her how happy I was to hear that, it made me feel really confident because face used to cause me so much stress. I'm looking forward to the rest of the day!
