The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Just a little update for the past week-or-so...

I finally got the results from my blood test back this week. It seemed like I was waiting for them forever, and I was quite worried, as I have been feeling a bit wierd physically for the past two or three months....luckily the results said it was just that my iron levels were low. So the doctor gave me some supplements to take for the next two months (which seems a bit long, but oh well) Now it's just a matter of balancing the right ammount of supplement, because when I took the ammount the doctor had prescribed I felt even worse: severe nausea and headache. So I'm taking less of it and seeing what happens. I already am starting to feel a bit better, which is a great thing. I'm actually starting to feel physically alive again. Wow! How amazing! Although it's not back to 100% yet (but then only 5 days have passed) I am still so grateful to have this available to me, and I am extremely grateful for every bit better that I feel. It is so nice to feel alive!

I have also found that programming my mind before I go to sleep to wake up feeling energised, re-vitalised, re-juvinated and happy works wonders! I would recommend it to everyone. I mean, I did already know about this before, but hadn't remembered to do it in a while. It makes such a difference!

My time management is going well too...I have successfully managed to have a longer electronic-free periods during the days this week. So yay for that!

I had a really fun day yesterday too. It was my girls' school Summer Fete, and we were there all day helping out and enjoying it. They had such fun - I think they find it extra fun to be at school with their friends without having to do any work but just getting to play and run around. Iam so proud of myself too - I was in charge of the sweet stall for half of the day, and I managed to resist the temptation to taste everything - ahhhahahahah ☺☺☺

So, all in all, feeling quite good. Feeling better and better each day, and feeling very blessed for this.
