As I said, I got a little overwhelmed with all the ideas floating around out there and took a step back to clarify my goals for the next 90 days. I got very precise with the kitchen description as this is something I have been desiring (whining about) for 6 years! I have read these out loud and announced my intention to complete them over the next 3 months. Here goes!
At the end of April I will
enjoy creating healthful meals in my kitchen, following the advice of my doctor and nutritionist. The kitchen will be painted a beautiful light color; have an east to clean, attractive backsplash behind the stove; have convenient storage for the pots and pans I use every day; have a beautiful new pantry and an organized closet and have attractive new hardware for the existing cabinets. All the parts of the trim will be restored and polished. All unnecessary stuff will be removed.
have permanently lost 6 pounds or more on my way to my ideal weight.
have developed a daily practice of yogic or vipassana meditation and walking/dancing.
I thank everyone here and in my life off-line for the support and help they will give me.
