I had such a great weekend that I completely forgot that Saturday was my day 100. I was just sitting around watching a movie with my girl when a friend texted me and reminded me that he owed me a lunch and asked if we could grab something and then go out and disc golf. I had already eaten but I told him to hop on over and we can go golfing. So he came over and we went out.... Time flew by. 4 hours and 30 holes later we decided to call it a day. I'm not as in shape as I could be so I was feeling pretty sore. But it didn't matter cause we had fun and re-connected (he had been away for 2 years in DC and just moved back). After that we came back to my place and found my girl playing a game on the our x-box which is super cute! She doesn't usually play anything other than guitar hero (she's actually better than I am) so seeing her play another game was awesome since I tend to spend a decent amount of time playing. We went to dinner shortly after to a place that had at least an hour wait so we decided to leave and go to Chilis which I was craving!!!!!
The day after I called 2 friends about going to Bikram Yoga and they didn't answer. I went anyways and actually only skipped 2 or 3 poses. This was the second week in a row that I was able to go by myself so I'm feeling so much stronger about who I am, what I stand for and what I need to feel healthy and happy.
My intentions for this season and where I am with them:
1. Complete my Degree so I can attend a Masters Program
-I am taking a class now and doing well with it. I'll be taking 3 or 4 classes in the fall and one more next spring to finish it up.
2. Work towards creating a career that allows me to listen others and help them realize their dreams
-I have been able to give a lot of people some great advice that I wasn't aware I could provide. It's helped both me and them open up to more possibilities.
3. Incorporate Meditation into my everyday life.
-I haven't sat down every day with the intention to practice meditation but I have been able to practice meditation while doing other things such as washing the dishes or playing disc golf. I plan to work more on this next season.
4. Attract a laptop.
-I can feel that I am close to this goal.
5. Have 2 Reiki Clients a week.
-I haven't been focusing on this intention so I've made no headway. When I look back on it I feel that it isn't as important at this point in my life.
6. Plan a spiritual vacation
-No focus on this one either. It will come.
7. Practice Yoga as much as my mind, body and soul need it
-I'm very proud that I have been going to yoga by myself and for myself. This is a great new habit I am developing.
8. Find a mentor and help mentor others.
-I've found that I am able to mentor myself through helping others realize their potential. How cool is that? :-)
Season 3 felt like my season 1. I spent a lot of time trying to get intentions manifested when what I really needed was to get in tune with myself and my energy. I do need to spend more time on this but soon it will become an automatic habit and I can start to have real fun manifesting anything and everything.
