My FIRST LISTING!!!
OK!! So should I be surprised considering how much I have worked on creating this?? Poster boards, vision books, etc. I recieved my first listing yesterday by default. Another agent totally dropped the ball on it and so the manager gave it to me. And here it is!
It is BEAUTIFUL!!! Now I'm just going to work on the outcome of getting it sold and how happy everyone is. Everyone is ECSTATIC about the sale! Especially me! I will find the buyer myself for this house. They will simply fall into my lap and the whole transaction will go smooth as silk.
I will plan open houses and many people will come through. I will have someone looking for exactly this who also wants to buy much of the furniture so the purchase is perfect for them. The basketball court is perfect for them and they immediately recognize that this is the lap of luxury home for them.
The owner is so happy to have me working on it. She loves the work I'm doing with it and appreciates all that I have done and the effort that has gone into selling it right from the get go. She tells all of her friends about me. I pick up new clients and three more listings from this home alone. This is the house that has gotten the ball rolling in my career and I now will stay busy straight through the new year. I easily make my 100,000.00 by Dec with these new clients and listings. I am SO happy...joy joy joy. And the best part!!! I can hire someone to clean my house for me so I don't feel I need to be in two places at once.
Maria and Kevin are happy, I am happy, buyers are happy and my broker Paul is SO happy that he gives me a bonus :o)

Carrie--GOOD going. Believe me--Real Estate is one of the most easiest things to manifest--it's very easy energy. I am a actually looking for a home--but in Florida--WHERE is this house you have here out of curiosity? Can I get the MLS #--just curious. Love to see the photo's inside??
