I feel GOOD right now! Went to bed a lil late but still woke up at 5:50 and went down to the gym. I was pumped... ran down the 16 flight of stairs jumped on the elliptical machine 30 minutes I killlllled it.. burned like (welllll according to the machine now of course) 447 calories... I took a shower in my own sweat (sounds nasty I know LOL) than I went back up the 16 floors to finish up the cardio. Than I spent some time in front of the laptop... browsing on CCOR getting a shot of positiveness... while listening to some music. WOoowee good stuff.
Consistency is the key Lydie.. That's the phrase for the day. Consistency in the eating - drinking water and taking my supplements.
I was looking at some old pictures of myself and hummmm this > me > my body and my soul has been such a huge work in progress. But Every drop of sweat - every tear of sadness - all of it is not in vain. Makes me who I am. Only me truly know what fiery force I have within myself. Only me know what I am capable of. I've proven to myself time and time before that I can do anything.
I just numbered the days of this challenge on my calendar... and if I did this correctly this challenge is to end SATURDAY AUGUST 8th 2009 >> exactly ONE week b 4 my baby brother's wedding!! So I am figuring out right now that the best way for me to feel this challenge and really challenge myself would be to workout a total of 100 times OR MORE.. by that time. On my calendar in my room at home I've been putting a pink star on every time I workout and I shall continue.
Okay one goal down.

I need to concentrate on seeing myself in the body I want and not the one I have now. Continue visualizing. I think that I feel closer to my goals than I have ever been in the past and that's great. Gotta keep the good feelings and ride with them. Cause the positive vibes will only attract more. :)
