
I am back. I am black. I gonna type whatever comes to my head. But I did wanted to say that one of my best of friend Fabiola had her second baby during the night.. I am guessing. I have to get the details. But all I know is that I woke up and got a text that said (at 1:54am) “ It’s a beautiful little boy” !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! OHH I am so happy for her. Life goes on babies are born and people die every single day. Right I am just stating the fact.
So this morning I guess because of the text and because I told myself that Monday was a NEW DAY.. I descended the 16 floors down to the gym (I am so grateful to live where I live) and did 40 minutes of cardio. And than went back up all the 16 floors (that was the hardest part of my workout today)… While working out I remembered one amazing benefit of working out really early in the day and that is that you drink lots of water and because you made such an effort to get up so early you tell yourself that you have to make sure that you continue with the water intake and that your body is a temple and that you are on a challenge with yourself and that the rest of the day shall also reflect good choices in food etc.
Packed my gym bag cause I fully intend to get me another workout sometime this evening. I remember the "The Astonishing Power of Emotions" book that explains how to shed weight (or achieve any goals) and basically you gotta keep being happy with all the choices you make. No mater what they are. STRESSING about what to eat – what not to eat or how much water etc etc wont get you no where cause you are not ALLOWING!!!
Powerful stuff man. Since I am trying to re-focus on CCOR and LOA I must recall some of these important things.
· "The key to bringing your body to a new place is to see it differently from the way it is." Focus on the body that's coming. "YOU CANNOT CREATE A NEW REALITY WHILE LOOKING AT YOUR CURRENT REALITY"
· "IT IS NOT YOUR ACTION THAT MATTERS; IT IS YOUR VIBRATION" It's not what you are eating or what you are putting in your mouth that matters much, it's more about HOW U FEEL about what you are doing... at the moment you are doing it. It's about changing your whole outlook.
I feel pretty good today! Actually. I like to feel good and alert and happy. Nothing’s perfect but it’s perfectly fine!
I got interrupted (naturally I am at work. Lost a lil bit of my flow but it’s okay) More later. I am so grateful for this site. I needed to write a lil bit today and there the perfect medium for that J
