First gratitude for the love and support I get here. Its appreciated as well as the understanding to what is going on in my life and how I haven't been able to post videos this season. I'm going to sneak and post some direct to the ning site as I can and am working on moving to a SAFE place. I changed my page name to try to help CULL the problem since ya'll know whats up in the previous blogs and video. Ok so Cherry Darling what is up with that?

I love zombie movies. GUILTY, they are funny and gory, Hollywood special fx teams impress me ok? Admission.
Cherry Darling many of you have seen on my page as my favorite quote "its GO GO not cry cry" I love that. I try not to cry unless I'm really hurting and get upset when a movie or show makes me do it. hee hee

In the movie Planet Terror (do NOT watch if you can't handle GORE warning danger Will Robinson!!!)

Cherry is a Go Go dancer who quits her job saying she needs a dramatic change in her life and since everyone thinks she is FUNNY and never takes her seriously she decides to be a stand up commedian POOF she leaves her job!

5 minutes later she almost gets hit by a line of military HumVs, falls into some nasty trash cans and cuts her leg open on something that is way more than a Tetanus Shot can handle she's calls it a Catastrophe (its Yucky) 15 minutes later, zombies find her and eat that leg!
I would call that a dramatic change.

When Cherry wakes up she suddenly feels that something isn't right and flips the sheets back in the hospital bed to reveal her STUMP and no one cries prettier than Rose McGowan to the lovely song written for this scene of devastation.

As all hell breaks loose on Earth she sits in her bed reveling in self pity even when her boyfriend (Freddy Rodriguez) shows up to rescue her from the terror happening in the hospital and everywhere else.

She makes the comment that she was going to be a stand up commedian who's gonna laugh at me now? and how Pathetic she is. To which he responds since He never thought she was funny advises she will be funny now!!! That doesn't go well and the struggle to get her out of bed to save her begins with her eventually screaming I have NO LEG!

I love this... He breaks off a red table leg and jams it on the metal piece at the end of her stump and says .Now you do what do you think? and off they go. When trapped and boxed in it is Cherry and her Peg Leg who save the day when no one else will run for the Big Kill Dozer (Giant Tow Truck for Semis) and she does saying IT'S GO GO NOT CRY CRY! Taking on the risk of a hord of zombies. Later her boyfriend makes her the famous GUN LEG complete with rocket launcher and none of Cherry's (little) problems matter anymore. He installs the leg and says the most wonderful thing he could to her

I always believed in you. That you deserved better even better than me and right now, I need you to become who you are meant to be... now stand (and she does) and he points to the big gross zombie blocking the door and says Would you open that door baby?

BOOM! she blows him away with that leg! And the mass exodus of survivors follow behind. Cherry even gets to fly using that talented leg! She becomes the only one who can save them. (Maxim Magazine Cover called Rose as Cherry Death by Sexy!)

Cherry's pity party attracted anything and everything bad to her. I call this using the Secret in reverse and getting BLOW BACK. Be careful what you wish you, remember you just might get it!

This movie has cheesy lines and is funny and I think because of Rose, Freddy, Bruce Willis and the rest of the cast its the reason I own it. I laugh out loud and say OH YUCK on certain scenes everytime. Its not for everyone I know thats why I posted a WARNING but it makes me smile and Cherry Kicks BUTT! Written and Directed by Robert Rodriguez and teamed up with Quinton Terantino

When asked if she is ok, she replies "I'm Just Cherry!"

I can sit around and cry cry or I can Go Go, and I too can become who I am meant to be...thats why Its my CherryDarlingLife! :)
