I manifested a Goal of mine "ZUMBA" & Jogged outside at the Boardwalk!!

Well, as I said in my video.. I got into a fitness rut.. 2 Hours 6 days per week on the precor,treadmill, rowing machine some free weights I did lose 20 pounds and I made frut smoothies, stayed away from fast food restaurants and most junk foods.. But I was tires.. and while I was on the treadmeill.. I watched soaps.. and CNN News.. Felt Blah not productive.. I am glad I lost weight the news is getting me down So, I decided to "CROSS-TRAIN".. I wanted to do aerobis/ ZUMBA- BikeI /Dance, Swimming, and YOGA!! I want to be slim, and trim and Energized.. and have long lean muscles So, I think Yoga, and Swiiming should help
Today.. I went to my first Zumba class at the Gym; it started at 6:30 didn't get there till 7.. I had half hour of learning new funky dance moves, Latin,and African.. Etc.., The Music, was Awsome.. the lights were low.. She had a disco light on..

I am flying high.. What a sweat.. I found Something.. I truly enjoy.. and the Sunshine today at the Boardwalk.. I even ran up hilll..

I just tries body pump.. I think I prefer doing that one on my own,.. Would like to try Swimming, biking, and body Flow.. which is like Yoga- Tie Chie Thanks for the Positive Comment! Kelly :)-
