The 100 Day Reality Challenge

I'm currently reading a book Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks. It is a fabulous book that I highly recommend to anyone on this site. The book has exercises or games you can include into your daily life. Last night I did one and this morning it worked. The game had to do with saying to yourself that you will have a good dream and basically thinking about what you want to dream about. Well, I did that before I fell asleep and this morning I remembered a great dream about me getting money from my grandfather (who is actually dead). Now in the dream he never actually gave it to me, my aunt did, telling me it came from him. It was this huge $100 bill which I thought looked comical. I remember asking if this was a certificate that I would hand into a bank and they would give me the money. My aunt said, no, that's the money. I laughed.

The point of the game is that dreams give you an indication of your point of attraction. Whatever you are dreaming about is what you are thinking in your waking life. So if you dream about something bad and you feel bad in the dream then you know you are sending out vibrations that are not good. And if you dream about something good that makes you feel good then you are thinking about good things. And the thing is, when we dream, many of us talk about our dreams or write about our dreams which means we are putting further thought and focus on a particular vibration. Remember, it's all about how you feel. It all makes sense!

Well, I like this game so I think I'll do it again.

Btw, there are many exercises/games in the book to choose from so you can never get bored. I hope I explained all this in a clear fashion. If not, ask me any question you like.

I read "ask and it is given" too, (very slowly, because I'm italian), and I also found it inspiring. I played some of the games of the book, they are very interesting!

I love this book and think I will go get it off my shelf right now and look for a good excersize as I have been feeling a little unfocused lately-negative stories running thru my head.

That's a neat thing to do. I will try it tonight. Need to dream about something positive lately.
Thank you for sharing I think I will go get the book too. I love books that makes you do exercises. Jill, I know the feeling about negative stories. They have been following me for about 3 days now... I need to get back to my positive thinking and back on this sight to get my spirits back up.
