1. Spend time wisely
2. Dont' get overwhelemed.
3. Work out for 30 minutes at least 3 times this week
4. Stretch and do yoga at home
5. Go to bed earlier
6. Stick to grilled chicken and fish and vegetables ( less condiments)
7. Have a small cheat day ( not the whole day)
8. Feel good about myself, my body, and the day that lies ahead : )
9. Post positve things around my apartment
10. Get back to praying and reading my book : )
