The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Hello dear co creators, I hope everyone is doing fine. It is sunday today and I woke up with a crazy feeling. There's so much that happened last week since I began to co create my life and started the challenge.
Today I need to medidate, I feel I am really needing to do a medidation. I don't know if I medidate the right way but It sure feels good. Does someone have some advice about good medidations? Looking forward to read all your expierences... Lot's of Love

I don't think there is a right or wrong way to meditate, per say. I think that the actual doing it is more important that focusing on if you are doing it correctly.

Some things that helped me along the way was a site called learning meditation. They have a lot of valuable information and some really good guided meditations in the meditation room section of the site. (http://www.learningmeditation.com)

Also, there is a great instructional video on youtube, that came to be one of my favorite meditational practices. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0rSmxsVHPE)

I would just play around with it and see what works best for you. I hope that helps.

if it feels good its always helpful, their are different meditation techniques (I'm not an expert though), You can find a lot on Youtube, and there are cd's with guided meditation, most important in the meditation is that you relax, and empty you're mind (stop thought) best thing to do this is to focus on your breathing.
