Well it has been a while since I have written a blog. Obviously being Christmas holidays and with the weather over 35 degrees celcius every day, I have not spent much time inside on the computer but outside in the pool or at the beach. I have enjoyed my holidays and I have attracted a new group of friends into my life. I have wanted to get fit and healthy for a while now but I have found it a bit difficult doing that with the lifestyle I have had over the past year. I have had a great time and eaten and drunk more than necessary so I put the intention out there to attract people into my life who are going to inspire me to lose some weight and live a healthier life with more fitness and activity and I have successfully done that. My life is only going to continue to get more enjoyable as each day passes.
I am intending now to effortlessly get to my goal weight of 60 Kilos and to be able to jog for 30 minutes without stopping. I know this will not take me long at all and I am willing to put the effort into making this a reality for myself.
I have 15 days left on this challenge and although I have not put in as much effort as I would have liked to, I intend to meditate every day for the next 15 day, I intend to eat well and exercise, I intend to be kind and loving to all around me and I intend to be happy.
