So I joined on Janurary 1 and started this 100 day journey on Janurary 2nd. Eventually I will get around to making a video, but here is a quick update.
So... five days later am already seeing results.
On Monday my friend and I began a high protein diet and have been supporting each other daily. My commitment to keeping my promise to her has helped me to facilitate accomplishing a couple of the goals that I set forth here. It is so great to have positive support. In particular, reaching my goal weight. As would be expected the goal number is top secret, but suffice to say I want to lose 30 lbs. Just before New Year we realized that we had the exact same goal when we were creating our "No Pressure" lists and the pact formed there.
As a result of the weight goal I have done my yoga each night when I get home (love Baron Baptiste). Hopefully I will feel strong enough to join a class again, although Chicago weather in the winter makes the whole "doing it in the comfort of my own home" all the more appealing.
It's true that when you are on the right path so many things seem effortless. I have auctually been looking forward to getting home and rolling out my mat and getting to the point in the DVD where Baron says "Fake it till you make it! and you will make it!"
My goal to complete the first hundred pages of the novel is definatley a work in progress. I have alot of concrete ideas swimming around, but need to get the spark to put pen to paper (or fingers to key board). I do have a pretty lovely final result that I would like to see.
The social goals are coming along nicely if I consider that it has only been 5 days. I had an invitation to go to a friends show tonight, even though I can't go because have to be up for work at 5 a.m. it was still great to get the invitation.
As for strenghthening my exisiting relationships, I am going to brunch with some friends this weekend and have recieved random texts and calls from a couple of my good friends.
I also have a couple of trips for later this year on the back burner.
For making new friends I joined meetup.com a couple of days ago. It seems like a pretty good chance to meet some great people with common interests in my city. If any one reading this has a similar social goal I suggest signing up an checking it out.
With manifesting this goal I have been visualizing being in a comfortable environment with a small group of like minded people and laughing and having a good time.
A couple of days ago here I came across a link to a Steve Pavlina mp3 that has really been helpful.

It has been great in helping me to figure out what I can do NOW to align myself with the vibration of who I intend to be. I am still thinking about that, but know for sure that that person (while still being me) will be an even better version of me.
I love that person and am doing my best to become her.
