Wow, I have not been on here for a while - very naughty.
I actually was not able to access the internet for the past few weeks so I do have a genuine excuse!
I have not been slacking off however on my 100 day challenge :)
I decided to remove my past videos because I think they were a bit too negative and I dont want to dwell on that stuff if you know what I mean?
So when I do a new video it will be full of love and happiness and good stuff!
Soooo, where am I in my goals?
I have been changing my diet on the path to RAW baby.
I have been reading up heaps and are now the proud owner of a VITAMIX which has been well and truly getting a workout. Cant believe how much better I already feel from making these changes.
Also bought a swiss ball and some weights plus some books and DVDS . I do my yoga everyday and have been going on walks on the beach ( about 8 km a day) and this has been able to be increased as my health and fitness increased ( did 10km today and wasnt even tired - yeehar!) Are doing my weights also.
I am only one kilo away from my goal weight so I am actually quite surprised how fast this has happened ( I aint complaining! )
I only eat fruit in the mornings until lunch time and then salads for lunch. Still having some cooked food at night( very small amount ) but I am aware this will take time. My biggest challenge is making sure I eat enough of the good stuff as I am not used to eating so much fruit.
Have also been working on the 'home' side of things. Have bought a new lounge and are saving for a new dining table and are getting rid of all the stuff ( decluttering ) that I no longer need or want.
So yeah, things are on track and I am feeling happy, happy, happy!!
