Great couple of days.
Made some lovely food - am experimenting with fish at the moment and making healthy meals. They seem to be doing pretty well!
I weighed in at my lowest ever on day 25 - 11stone and 11lbs! How cool. I was half a pound up on day 26 - but I am sure that is a minor blip.
Did a 3km run this morning. I achieved a personal best on my pace - managing 5minute km's on average. I am really pleased at that.
My hip is hurting a little from when I fell over on the ice last week. I will make sure it is better soon and I will subject it only to gentle exercise.
Had a good day this morning. Started off with some breakfast which I loved lingering over. I did a bit of life admin, made a few phone calls, and also wrote in my journal before I left for a later train than normal. I love doing that in the morning! ;-)
I was so pleased that I won the lottery - £10 ! not bad for my first try!
There were a number of things I am grateful for today:
1) My partner Susie - she is great and so loving and kind
2) My job - it is a good one, and I have great people working with me
3) My home - i love living here and hanging out - I am lucky
4) I am financially savvy and have my finances organised!
5) I am good at cooking and can make lovely meals.
6) I am getting fitter and healthier by the day.
