The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Today I had a more positive day as I was at work and I'm so busy I don't get to think too much! I found it easy to focus my thoughts more positively. I thought about the affirmation card I picked the other day "All that I need to know at any given moment is revealed to me. I trust myself and I trust Life. All is well."
I found that my thoughts kept drifting off to worry about certain things which I realised is a habit I have. I'm so used to worrying that I thinking of things to worry about! I know it is just a habit and I can change that and I am aware that I am doing it now.
I have a few decisions to make concerning my work and childcare but I know it will all work out for the best. I started reading "The Key to living the Law of Attraction" by Jack Canfield and D.D Watkins, while I was on the train today and in chapter two it talks about the subconscious mind and how "Your subconscious mind is habitual and timeless, and it works in the present tense only" "Your subscious mind thinks literally, and it will accept every thought that your conscious mind chooses to think" "We can actually make a conscious decision to change the content of our subconscious mind!"
I'm so happy to be back doing the 100 day challenge as coming here to blog everyday really makes a difference. I feel back on track and feel more positive and it is only day 2. I'm excited on how great this season will be:)

Hey Zara,
one thing that works for me (stopping the worrying or mind drifting) is to catch myself doing it and then start thinking about something i want to create (eg, visualising my great figure after i lose weight, or remembering something funny my husband said /did). i find in time that the worrying and mind wondering slows down and usually stops. now i only worry when i read / see something that triggers a worry from my past.
