Had a lovely day today.
Went for a run this morning. Covered 10km in around 54 minutes. Some of it was very hilly and I had a fabulous view when I reached the top of the hill in Chatham, Kent. Place called the Great Lines. I have a half marathon next weekend in Burnham Beeches and I am really looking forward to that.
My partner and I went to Bexhill on sea. That was the first time that we have been there and it is really nice. Great beach - pebbles - and I would love to own one of the beach huts which sit right on the beach itself. We had some chips on the promenade, and an italian icecream.
We also went to a national trust place on the way down to the seaside - Scotney Castle. We had a cream tea there. Was lovely. Perfect Jam, scones, clotted cream and a pot of tea.
Weighed in this morning at 11stone 12lbs. (166 pounds). I intend to get that to 11stone 7lbs (161pounds) well before day 100. I prefer being at that weight. Over the last year or so I have dropped 70 pounds in total!!!
Tomorrow looking forward to a really relaxing day and perhaps a bit of a walk in the countryside. I am intrigued to see what I wrote in my book on Friday evening as I was travelling hom from work by train. I wrote a list of things that I was intending to do over the weekend.
I will post up the things that I want to achieve this season tomorrow.
