The 100 Day Reality Challenge

So, today is day one. I am going to do this, really do it.I am going to start by outlining a daily routine that I'm going to follow for the hundred days.

It will go something like this.
8 AM wake up. Consider how I feel, and think positively about my upcoming day. Throwing open the curtains and temperature permitting, the window will be my first action.
8:15-8:30 drink a full glass of water while starting the kettle for tea. Feed the cats and sit out in the livingroom with them for some quality time. Take vitamins and my DanActive.I
9:00-9:30 Treadmill.

9:30 Make breakfast of oatmeal.

The next few hours will be free time for me...I can spend it doing anything but laying in bed on the computer, this would be a nice time for painting, vocal exercises, houscleaning and planning my supper and evening.

Around 4:00PM I will try to get another half an hour in on the treadmill.

And then, the rest of the nuight is for hubby and I.

I will be going to bed by 11PM

I am going to try to blog daily, or at least as often as I can.. In each blog, I will talk about my day whether or not I've achieved my goals, and I will write things I am grateful for each day in this blog.

I am going to be making up a vision board soon, and will post a pic of it when it's done...i want to really find good images that will help me envision my goals succeeded.

It is 1:20AM, and I am not off to a good start for getting up at 8AM, so, I am going to sleep in, but I will really start on those goals, and then will be starting my 11 o'clock bedtime.

I feel positive about this.

I am grateful for my husband, who is suffering in another country in order to make a better life for us.
I am grateful for my brother, Joel, because he's always good for a laugh.
And, I am grateful for the unconditional love of my cats.

Boy or Boy you are on a roll today Alek. My opinion is to keep that disease to yourself as not to bring about more of the same. Dont let the disease define who you are, past or present. Again another one of my opinions. Hugs Jilly
